All offline

My lights are offline and I can't control them. I got a new router today and it's been set up for a few hours now. My phone is online but I can't do anything with the lights. The only thing that works is the WiZ remote but in the app they are all greyed out and no connection is shown. I turned them off and on again, reinstalled the app :/
the same problem.
Could they still be somehow connected to my old router?
What should I do now?

You have two options:
- keep the same wifi password on the new router. This worked for me;
- reconfigure all your devices;

Same problem here too.
Only one lamp is affected in my case. G125er from WiZ.
After all other lamps were updated by WiZ from version 1.27 to 1.28, I suspect that my G125er has not survived the update. The lamp can also no longer be put into parining mode. It is simply no longer accessible in the network. As a light with light switch it works... Really very annoying.

Julian T: Seems you need to Exchange. Is it still under warranty ?

I know that this problem often occurs with Wifi-bound lamps. The WiZ lamps are still looking for your old router because you set the lamps up there and now they can't find a connection anymore. Since this router as you said was replaced by you.
But don't panic - all you have to do is reset the lights.
Open your WiZ app and add New device.
Turn the light on and quickly flip the switch 5 times until they're flashing blue or pink depends on Pairing mode. add it and the problem should be fixed!
Repeat this step with each of your lamps
Unfortunately, this is a very common problem, which is why I prefer ZigBee over WiFi.
