Unless I missed it, I don't think there's a way to set up individual automation for groups/single lights within a Room. Currently, I have lights in the same physical space set up as different "rooms" in app so I can set some lights to turn on without activating the all the lights in the space.

I saw there was a post requesting this feature last year. Was this added?
