This is an odd behavior I have been noticing. I finally managed to figure out the cause and steps to reproduce:
1: Set up a room with lights, I used A19 bulbs for this. Everything seems to work fine at this stage.
2: Turn off the power to the A19 bulb via a light switch.
3: turn the power back on via the light switch.
4: Now that you have done so, wait a moment and open the Wiz app.
5: The bulb you cut the power to will show up as not connected. If you keep watching, it will eventually show as connected. If you keep watching, it will eventually show as disconnected again.
  1. You can reset the light by swapping the bulb with a bulb in another room and moving the bulbs in the app to the other room, at which point the issue stops. I'm not sure if this works because of the period where they are without power forcing some kind of reset, or if moving it to a new room helps it work right again. This will cause the light to resume normal behavior, though scenes will have to be set up again.
  2. You can also reset the light by deleting and re-adding it. This will also fix the issue described above and the light will resume normal behavior, though scenes will need to be set up again.
