I liked being able to see what specific color I was picking on the slider. Now it’s just a guess as to if I’m on malachite or some other shade of green as an example.

Hi Les, understood! We want to add at minimum color coding to let you distinguish colors from each other with more ease. Ideally we'll also introduce some simple naming to further help.

The naming system in V1 is quite fun, I agree, but it also suffers from certain limitations (such as giving the same name to a rather large number of colors which look somewhat close) which we are trying to remedy in V2 :)
