Sync Lights in Party Mode

When I first started using the WiZ platform many years ago, I assumed that when lights were grouped they would be synchronized for a dynamic light mode like Party. Obviously that is not the case but your request is logical.
I can also appreciate the technical complexity in such a feature request as my understanding is these light modes are engrained in the device firmware and the bulbs, once instructed to invoke the mode, operate independently.

Mark Wahlert: spot on :). Indeed the devices are independent and the randomization is a part of the light mode definition. There are many ways to look at this, from rewriting modes to making the randomization optional... all valid, none simple! :D
We'll get to work :)

Hi Aerica and thanks for the suggestion! :)
Pastel colors is a light mode which has no randomization, so in theory if you apply it to a set a of lights at the same time, they should remain synchronized.
For party mode, indeed there currently is built-in desynchronization.
We could consider making it optional (not as easy at it sounds though ;) ), or we may have something else that would serve the purpose: towards the end of the year, we intend to release custom dynamic modes, so you can create your own dynamic light effects. With this, you could create the party mode of your choice, and keep your lights in sync!
It will take quite some development time though, so all we can do meanwhile is ask for your kind patience. :) Thanks!

Antonin Carre: I completely understand the concept "easier said than done", haha! Having access to both synchronized and unsynchronized party mode would be a total dream. As a contractor, I would definitely appreciate this feature for my colorful clients.
