Doesn't activate

I'm turning the "away from home" function on, but it's not responding to motion. I have double checked that notifications are on, and that the settings call for alarm lights with motion detected. I am using one motion sensor and have space sense set up in two other rooms. When I press play all the lights go out and it seems to be armed, but after a few minutes when I start to move around the house nothing happens. I can walk through all three motion detection areas with no response. All the motion inputs work normally in their own.

New update: after leaving it alone for a couple hours then trying again, it turned on as expected.
NOW, after testing various scenarios, we determined it was time to turn it off. New problem after turning it off it's still activates with movement in the apartment. Unexpected side effect. Had to try to turn it off two more times before it actually took.

We understand you've mentioned the motion detection is activating even when turned off. To assist you further, we'd like to clarify if all the lights in your home are turning on as an alarm, or is it isolated to the specific room where the SpaceSense is enabled?
It's important to note that SpaceSense detects motion and triggers light in the designated room. However, it shouldn't trigger the alarm mode unless the settings for that specific room are configured as Alarm mode as default.
This information will help us narrow down the potential cause and ensure the system functions as intended.

To be honest, I did not notice if it was the whole house or not. In any case, it seems to be working properly now. For lack of a better explanation, perhaps it was just needing to find its first pathways.
I will play around with it more today and keep you informed of any changes.
P. S. On a side note, One of my bulbs was faulty, I've been working with the chat desk to get that resolved and have taken it out of the line up. I'm not sure if that had any impact on this issue or not, but giving the benefit of the doubt we'll see how everything acts now without it.
