Can't enter password in app. Can long into the dashboard but the app gives an internal error 500.

Jeff Lansman Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm if you are using the same username and password for the WiZ Pro Dashboard in the WiZ Pro Setup app? Please note that WiZ Pro Dashboard credentials cannot be used in the app, as this will result in an internal error (500). I kindly request that you create new credentials specifically for the WiZ Pro Setup app.
