WiZ app v2 public beta

It would be handy, if it is possible, to allow for a complete factory reset of a WiZ product from the item's settings/prefences. I know many products can be forced into a reset by clicking power on and off a few times; but to be able to run a factory reset and have the product enter pairing mode just by selecting it in a menu would be great. My bulbs seem to disconnect and fall out of sync a lot if someone turns them off via the physical light switch. I would love to easily reset and pair them from within the app.

I think it would be more useful to have the home button take you to the screen with all your rooms rather than back to a selected room. I think it should be a setting. Or maybe double tap home button to go back to that page?

Spitballing here One of the features that initially sold me on WiZ was the lack of a hub or bridge. Made setup a breeze. Now I’m a full convert with the whole house decked out in WiZ, but with some intermittent connectivity problems. I’ve spoken to my ISP (Verizon) who have suggested that this patchiness could be due to the overwhelming volume of smart devices consuming bandwidth (75+). Got me thinking - an optional WiZ hub that operates using the same Bluetooth signals that the remotes and motion sensors send, but which connects to the internet occupying only one IP address. It would be the best of both worlds!!

Every other smart device app I've used has had an option to turn devices on or off at or x minutes before/after sunrise sunset. It's also weird that you can only set automation by room instead of by device.

I would like to be able to sync all lights in Party and Pastel mode. Rather than all lights on different rotations, I want to be able to sync the color rotations (ex: all lights turn red in sync, then green, then blue, etc)

It would be cool to see the photo features for each scene that’s made stay in the app somehow like as backgrounds for every room or every light add a different photo of your choosing

I wish it is possible to adjust brightness by tapping the icons on both ends of the bar. I've noticed it's possible on iOS in the old app when using my partner's phone. The old android app does not have this feature either.

what would be amazing is Google assistant integration for each home. At the moment, every time I synch a home with Google it adds both homes to the same home in the assistant. I have to now mark each light (we have every room on wiz cos it’s so amazing) with a home name - if both systems have a home for each location, build the logic to specify which the light is in or which I am Updating. Hope that makes sense

In the current app you can see the location of each bulb in a room and how they are grouped together. This is very helpful when you wish to turn on or set specific light effects for a few of the lights. The new app seems to only provide a list of the lights which is not helpful when you have many lights in the room.

Not enough options for multiple lights in same room. Add options here to decrease users total "clicks". In this screen, buttons for colors should be under each light, so users can turn on just one light to their desired color. Click and hold 'custom colors' button to enter menu for changing colors.
